Do my clients pay to use the portal?
No. Portal guests view statements, upload documents and pay invoices for free — you're billed only for users who work in the ledger.
Can I run more than one company?
Core covers one legal entity. Advanced allows unlimited entities in the same environment, each with its own chart of accounts and filing calendar.
Can my accountant get access?
Yes — invite them as a user with a scoped role. Locked periods stay read-only, so a closed month can be reviewed but not edited.
Is our data isolated like the academy product?
Identically. Every license is its own deployment with its own database, media storage and job queue, backed up daily.
